Basics of your root chakra:

  • Root chakra is energy center that roots you into your essence;
  • It is the closest to the earth;
  • Root chakra begins to awaken and clearing by imaging red color, mantra Lam and by focusing your attention between your genital and anus;

Open root chakra

  • life force awakens within you and become foundation for higher chakras;
  • deep connection with Earth;
  • stability, strength and deep inner satisfactions are main powers or open root chakra;
  • feeling secure, safe anywhere you are;
  • gratefulness to experience life on earth awakens;
  • your basic needs such as food, money, water, shelter…are easily available to you;
  • stability in any kind of conversation is like the biggest roots of the largest tree;
  • seeing solutions clearly and come to you with ease;
  • illusions are dissolved;
  • you have always a ton of energy coming through you;
  • you are grounded and centered;
  • karma resolves;

Underactive and overactive root chakra

If root chakra blocks, it means that within our energy field were created energy blockades. Those blockades are creation of our believes, condition patterns, past traumas, different restrictions, karmic wounds, emotional wounds which are creating even further suffering. And those energy blockades can make our chakra overactive or underactive. Below you can take a look at the sings if your root chakra is over active or under active.

Overactive chakra
