How to heal traumatic past experiences
When past trauma is not healed, it becomes our way of living in the present moment. We are living it through emotional suffering, as thoughts of the past, thoughts of negative thinking about the situation and people that resonates with past traumatic suffering. Also, it reflects through external challenges with people, situations and other circumstances.
Healing from within
Not only that reflection of past trauma within us mirrors within and without, it also affects our health state. We feel enormous burdens from within. This kind of burdens can literally block your access to peace, magic, health, abundance, love, stillness and joy. Although it seems as the past experiences could not be healed no matter how much you try to push it away or forget it, it can actually be healed fully from within.
